Yonah was founded in October 2016 off the back of a consulting trip to Papua New Guinea with Mission Aviation Fellowship. It was during this trip that our founders witness firsthand the problems associated with access in some of the most remote areas around. Cold-chain management was problematic and medical supplies could not go where they needed to go due to lack of roads as well as the sheer time it would take to traverse it by foot.
Returning to Singapore, Yonah was founded to first employ autonomous drone technology to make a difference in these areas. We design cargo drone infrastructure for some of the most remote areas on this planet.
Our systems are designed to require minimal infrastructure and limited manpower, to launch and recover, service, and provide necessary maintenance in the field.
